376--Australia: White Aborigines and Blue Mountains
@ CherieSpotting     Feb 27 2007 - 19:14 PST
cherie writes: Do opposites attract? We may be from different cultures, but we’re from the same world. I met this local aborigine at the Blue Mountains in Australia. We snapped a few photos together and he harmonized on his didgeridoo to the delight of locals and tourists trying to flee the bustle of Sydney.

After relaxing in the Blue Mountains (not really blue) and Grose Valley (definitely not gross), Liam (good travel buddy) and I drove through the forests of eucalyptus trees and headed for the city—Sydney.

Sydney is full of innovative architecture from the Harbor Bridge to the Sydney Opera House. We ended the day with a stroll through Luna Park and a movie at an outdoor theater. From the first humans to inhabit Australia to the cutting edge architecture of Sydney’s world-famous skyline, come see the photos of a day in Sydney.
