The wind died a few miles short of the finish line, and we bobbed about like cork, determined not to take down the sails. Our patience paid off and after a few hours of floating (backwards at times) we got just enough wind to drift over the finish line! Leg 3 of the Baja Ha-Ha started with an incredible sunrise. The Ha-Ha fleet hoisted their sails, pulled up their anchors, and aimed for Cabo San Lucas.
